Alaska Landmarks

Our 30 plus years of life in Alaska as Singer/Songwriters allowed us to travel literally from one end of Alaska to the other top to bottom and side to side.  Alaska's landmarks for the most part as big and beautiful as the state itself!

Picture this; Denali, (Mt. McKinley) is the highest peak in North America at 20,320 feet.  From where we lived in Anchorage on a clear day you can look north from almost anywhere in town and that mountain will take your breath away from 180 MILES AWAY!  Now that is a landmark!

There are way too many landmarks in Alaska to list them all, so we have included here only the ones most traveled to and heard of, but it is a really good start for planning a trip.
